Installing Orchard CMS using SQL Server
Welcome to Orchard Beginner! Today we'll learn how to install Orchard CMS using Microsoft WebMatrix and SQL Server.
Previous Installing Orchard CMS using SQL Server CE
For this example you'll need to have the Express or the Developer edition of SQL Server. Open SQL Server Management Studio and create a Database with name "orchardcms".
Fill in the details required for setting up Orchard. For this example we'll be using SQL for installing Orchard CMS and the recipe will be default. While installing Orchard you'll be greeted with a message "Cooking Orchard Recipe" in this case it's the default recipe.
